A.K.C.S. SUPPLY LIST 2007-2008

ELEMENTARY LIST - GRADES ONE THROUGH SIX

Please use this checklist when purchasing supplies for next year.  We have been quite specific about some things for a reason.  For example, the less expensive Chinese pencils break easily and ruin the sharpeners. It will help your teachers immensely if every student comes prepared on the first day (as opposed to some time the first week!) For students in grades one, two and three we are asking parents to purchase a scribbler/duo-tang packet from the school.  This will contain all the scribblers that your child will need for the entire year, and will ensure that all students have the right kind of scribbler. In the same way, if all students have the same color of duo-tang for the same subject, it makes things much simpler, particularly at the beginning of the year. Thanks for your cooperation!

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL ITEMS COMING TO SCHOOL (lunch kits, jackets, snow pants, mitts, etc.) ARE CLEARLY MARKED SO THAT THEY CAN FIND THEIR WAY HOME AGAIN.
