Airdrie Koinonia Christian School is committed to providing the finest quality education possible. Being accountable to our parents is one way we demonstrate this commitment. If you are dissatisfied with our program, you may withdraw your children and receive up to One Thousand Dollars of your tuition refunded.

Claiming A Refund

Eligibility: Any student in their first year at AKCS who was enrolled from September 30 through January 31 and withdrawn by March 15 is eligible.

Notification: The School must receive 30 days written notice of the parents’ reasons for dissatisfaction in order to address the concerns. The School must also receive written notice that the children completed the year in a school serving the district where they resided at the time of withdrawal. Such notice is to be sent by the new school to Airdrie KCS by July 30^th.

Refund: A refund of One Thousand Dollars or Fifty Percent of Tuition Paid (whichever is less) will be mailed within 30 days of receiving proper notification.
